Fresh fruits transfer through elevator & wash in bubble washer. Inspection is done on the inspection table Conveyor. The fruits are again washed through brush washer.

The water remove through water dewatering conveyor.

The further moisture removed through hot air dryer conveyor.

Then fruits are graded according to size with help of size grader.

The weight grader helps to grade the products according to weight.

The optical sorting and grading machine can be used to remove the internally damaged fruits.

Thus graded fruits & vegetables are packed corrugated boxes.
